Two master suites with top of the line king size beds.  Master bedroom has a private hall with large walk-in closet leading to the master bathroom.  Separate large tub and walk-in shower.  Enjoy a 32" LCD TV with DVD player inside designer amoire.  Sliding glass doors lead out to poolside patio.

Guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a 32" LCD TV with DVD/VCR player.  Access to a full bathroom is off the main hallway.

Third bedroom is a bunkroom with very comfortable bunk beds.  Kids will enjoy having their own TV with built in DVD player.  Perfect for naptime after a long hard day at the beach!

Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and all the conveniences of home.  Perfect for making a seafood feast or a quick snack.  After meals, head into the large open family room and watch some TV or a movie on the 32" LCD TV or just listen to some beach music on the stereo.  We have tried to think of everything to make our home, your home away from home.

Base Rental Rates*:

October 28, 2023 - March 22, 2024 = $1,250/week**

March 23 - May 24, 2024 = $2,150/week

May 25 - August 23, 2024 = $3,150/week  (Saturday - Saturday rental only)

August 24 - October 25, 2024 = $2,500/week

October 26 - December 31, 2024 = $1,250/week**

*In addition to the base rental fee, $135 cleaning fee, $70 damage insurance fee and 12% Sales tax will be added.
