How do I reserve this property? What is the method of payment?

Contact Sandy at 513.325.4446. We accept Visa, MasterCard, or Discover credit or debit cards.

What is your cancellation policy?

Once your reservation deposit has been received, there will be no refunds given, unless you have purchased Travel Insurance. We encourage you to purchase CSA Travel Protection, as normal cancellation penalties will apply. 

Do you require a damage deposit?

No, we do not require a damage deposit. A non-refundable service fee will be charged to all reservations.  The amount of this fee is $70. The damage insurance will cover reimbursement for non-intentional damages. Please notify us immediately if any damages occur.

How far is this condo to the beach?

This is a beachfront condo.  You are only steps away from the beach! 

Do you supply linens?

Yes. Linens for the condo are provided. All bath towels, wash cloths, bed sheets, pillow cases, and kitchen towels, are provided.

Is WIFI and Cable Television provided?

Yes, free WIFI and Cable TV are provided. The WIFI passwords will be provided via email and are also posted in the unit.

Can we check in early?

Our check-in time is at 4pm CST.  Early check-in may be available and will include an additional fee.

Are beach chairs, umbrellas and toys provided?

We do not officially supply beach chairs, umbrellas or toys, although some of these items may be left in the unit from other guest in the hallway closet. We suggest you review what is there before making a trip to one of our many beach stores.  Enjoy seasonal complimentary beach service from March - October - which include two lounge chairs and one umbrella.

Do you supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and soaps?

We provide a starter set which includes a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, a roll of toilet paper and bar soaps for each bathroom, kitchen trash bags, dish soap and dishwasher soap.  Guests will need to buy additional supplies for the remainder of their stay.

Do you supply beach towels?

No. Be sure to bring your own beach towels and DO NOT remove any of the bath towels from the home.

Is there an outdoor grill?

Yes, there is a charcoal grill available in the complex.

What small kitchen appliances and cooking utensils are provided?

We have all of the standard items that you would typically find in a kitchen for preparing family meals (pots, pans, knives, etc.) including a toaster, microwave, coffee pot and blender and crock pot.

Where do we pick-up the keys or obtain property access information?

The condo has electronic locks so there is no key pick-up. Access codes for the unit will be sent via email 1 week prior to your arrival.
